HOW DOES MEI RECEIVE INFORMATION ABOUT YOU?

Personal Information may include your name, contact information, employer, social security number or tax identification number, passport number, credit card information, other information that identifies you, or information related to your participation in various incentive, award, and group travel programs sponsored by our customers (“Programs”), including travel, merchandise and other prizes and awards you may select, order or win through one of those Programs. WHAT DOES MEI DO WITH YOUR PERSONAL INFORMATION?

We use Personal Information to administer our Sponsors' Programs and to communicate with you. In many cases, using Personal Information is essential to what we do. For example, we may need to keep track of your accrued points, deliver packages, make travel reservations for you, or provide you with information pertaining to your participation in a Program. We may need to share your Personal Information with various vendors, business partners and our Sponsors. We are not in the business of selling Personal Information to others. We share Personal Information with other entities only as described in this Policy, including as set forth below:

• Sponsors: We may exchange Personal Information freely with our Sponsors. We may have a separate agreement with our Sponsors with respect to sharing Personal Information, or our Sponsor may have its own privacy policy. In either case, our Sponsor likely will have access to the Personal Information we receive about you.
• Vendors and other Business Partners: We work closely with various vendors and other business partners to administer our Programs and may share your Personal Information with them in order to do so. We only share the Personal Information with vendors and other business partners that they need in order to provide specific products and/or services.
• Business Transfers: As we continue to develop our business, we might sell or buy business units or assets. In such cases, Personal Information may be one of the transferred business assets.
• Protection of MEI and Others: We release Personal Information when we believe it would be necessary to comply with the law; enforce or apply our Terms of Use or other agreements; or protect the rights, property, or safety of MEI, our clients, customers, vendors, employees, or others.

WHAT CHOICES DO YOU HAVE?

You can elect not to provide us with certain types of Personal Information, but doing so may limit your eligibility to participate in some of aspects of the Programs or use some parts of our web site.

if the Personal Information we have on file is incorrect or no longer accurate, or you no longer desire to use our web site and/or participate in a Sponsor's Program, you can request that we update our files or remove Personal Information about you.

WHAT DOES MEI DO TO PROTECT YOUR PERSONAL INFORMATION?

We treat the Personal Information we receive as a confidential and valuable asset that must be protected against loss and unauthorized access with every commercially reasonable precaution, both online and off-line.

We employ up-to-date information security techniques to appropriately protect Personal Information from unauthorized access. Access to any of the components of our web site is protected by tightly administered servers with the latest security patches regularly applied. Our servers are housed in a secure environment to prevent damage or unauthorized access. Our servers are further shielded by a state of the art firewall. All of the information that is exchanged between users and our servers is protected using 128-bit or greater secure socket layer encryption.

Access to Personal Information by our employees is limited to those who have a legitimate business need for that information. Employees that require access to Personal Information to perform a specific task must enter a valid password and are prohibited from sharing such information with unauthorized employees. Access to Personal Information by Sponsors may be subject to the Sponsor's separate privacy policies or security measures or a separate agreement with us. We disclaim any liability or responsibility for our Sponsor's use of Personal Information.

Any link provided by our web site to another web site is not intended as an endorsement of the linked site or an assurance that the linked site maintains the same privacy policies as we do. We do not take any responsibility for the content or treatment of Personal Information of any web sites linked to ours.
